Eric and Tausha...

Last week I met up with Eric and Tausha and went to the Campus of Oakland University to have their engagement session. They live in Wisconsin right now ehh... and their wedding is going to be in Munising, eh...
Sorry, couldn't resist the yooper talk. ;-)
We took most of the shots at the mansion at O.U, which is a "small" little place tucked in on the campus, near the golf course.. 8-)

Nolan....

I had the opportunity to spend some time taking portraits of Nolan last week. He is a really active kid, like most boys his age. So it was nice because I got to take pictures AND get a workout! Here are some previews:

Destination: Hawaii....

We are sooo excited that we are going to shoot our very first wedding in luscious Hawaii!!!
Monica + Jamie are getting married on the islands next November and we are honored to be able to capture their wedding for them. Only 18 months to go, but who's counting. Sara lived there for a few months a few years back while attending U of H, but I(duane) have never been there. We can't wait!!!! :)

Stick a fork in us....

...we're almost done... for 2007 that is! We are almost completely booked up for the rest of 2007. We do have some Friday and Sunday dates available, so if you are getting married this year, call us soon!!! We are also now booking 2008 weddings.

Photo Of The Moment....

I saw the movie Forest Gump on tv over the weekend and it reminded me of this picture. The movie was filmed in Savannah, Georgia, which is a beautiful city that I would highly recommend visiting. Well, we took one of the typical tourist rides where they tell you all about the city. On that tour, we saw where the bench was where much of the movie was filmed. The actual bench was not there, but I had to take a picture of a bench while we were there to remind me of the occasion. Here is the result:

Adam and Miranda...

I went with Adam and Miranda last week to Detroit to shoot their engagement session. It's always tough on the nerves to take pictures for another photographer. Miranda is also a photographer. But we had so much fun that at points I forgot we were even down there to take pictures at all. We went to a bunch of spots and each one was pretty sweet. You really can't go wrong with Detroit as your backdrop. We stopped in and had some pizza at Nikki's. Which, by the way, was stellar! I can't wait for your wedding now you guys!!

I took this shot two weeks ago during our family vacation in Cocoa Beach, Florida. This jellyfish was brought in with the current and I couldn't resist a picture of it. Sara has been stung by one before, during her days in Hawaii and she says it doesn't feel so good.
