Jackie + Mike

We traveled up to East Tawas to capture the wedding of Jackie and Mike. It was our first time in the little northern town and we really enjoyed our time there. They had their wedding and reception right on the beach next to lake huron. It was definitely a gorgeous setting for a wedding! The day started a little iffy with the threat of rain, but the skies opened up and provided a perfect day. They even had a fireworks show towards the end of the evening. A great day and a great setting! Here are some previews:

Yeah, so i'm behind on my blog. we have traveled quite a bit this last month for weddings and such that I have had much less time for the fun stuff. blogging is fun for me, so it got pushed to the side for a touch. I'm back in the saddle now, so they'll be coming at a normal pace again. so sorry. i have a couple in line, but i thought i'd spread 'em out instead hitting you all at once.

Adam and Miranda --on lucky 07.07.07

Adam and Miranda got married at Cobblestone Farms in Ann Arbor on the ever so popular and lucky date of 07-07-07. Miranda did an incredible job of decorating and making the place look pretty sweet. She is a fellow photographer, so the pressure was on us... actually, we had so much fun hanging out with them and capturing their wedding day.
They are both so incredibly laid back and fun, that we forgot we were at a wedding at times. It was definitely a lot of fun. A soccer game even broke out at one point outside! Okay, not a full-fledged game, but still. Here are some previews:

Matt and Kari.....

Matt and Kari got married at Cobblestone Manor in Auburn Hills. Their wedding reception was at the beautiful Lafayette Grand in downtown Pontiac. It was our first time at the lafayette grande and we loved the building! It also went perfectly with their wedding decor. Matt and Kari are our friends, so we always feel a little extra pressure to give them awesome wedding pictures. Thanks guys!! Here are some long overdue previews:

Amy and Erik are married.....

Amy and Erik were married at Zingerman's in Ann Arbor. It was really cool. If you're not familiar, it's a great restaurant with a fun atmosphere. Out front they have an old airstream trailer that is a drive thru diner. We couldn't resist taking pictures with it. I love how the pictures turned out. The whole day was so relaxed and fun.
